For a first time survey we did not bad. Ofcourse we can’t satisfy all people: 2 people gave us a 5. But generally we did a good job.

Keep coming up. Perhaps once per quarter. Community would help to improve the feature and great feedback to development team. Please do not think there are so much complaint!. They complain because they want to use eWelink otherwise switch to other brand.

True. We agree on that. But since this is the first one and many feature requests and bugs came along at social media we wanted to investigate the priority of all of them. And as you can see at the freeform answers on previous pages we appearantly still didn’t cover them all.

I really appreciate your work, one week ago I was thinking about listing all the features requests and write them all in the group, today I found this, what a good coincidence, and really it killing me not to switch to tuya, all the features I want is there, but I started my journey in smart home with Sonoff smart switches so I’m attached to ewelink now ?

Big mistake in it, when I click on “Open in new window”, the survey starts back on page 1 instead of continuing what I am doing.

You are right. Although we can’t change the working we can do better on making more clear that it opens a clean form in a new window. Thank you for your feedback!
