This is for issues / questions about the eWeLink app and third party integrations like IFTTT, Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

The preference of eWeLink is to reach them in-app:

  • Go to the Profile page in the eWeLink app.
  • Tap Help & feedback.
  • Tap Feedback in the upper right corner.
  • Choose the correct category.
  • Follow all steps.
  • Submit the form.

If you can’t login at the app you can reach eWeLink at .

When you have issues with or questions about your devices you need to contact the seller of the device or the manufacturer.
