Can I suggest a new feature to the eWeLink app?

The best way to drop a feature suggestion to eWeLink is to send a Feedback from within the app. You can do this by doing the following steps:

• Go to the Profile pane in the app.
• Tap Help & feedback.
• Tap Feedback in the upper right corner.
• Tap the the “New feedback” icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap Select here after Issue Type.
• Tap Feature suggestion.
• Fill in the rest of the form.
• Add images if desired.
• Tap Submit.

Vote for the feature you want most

From time to time eWeLink organizes a “Vote for the feature you want most” round on their social media. They offer the choice of about 4 frequently requested features and the one with the most votes will be implemented in the upcoming release of eWeLink.
