Since Sunday November 23rd reports on social media started coming in that Google Home now supports delayed switching on or off of devices. This can be handy in many cases.
finally GOOGLE HOME manages the lights with the voice commands associated with the timers (for example ‘switch on the kitchen in 5 minutes’ or ‘switch off the garage in 5 minutes’ or ‘switch on the bathroom for 5 minutes’).

We tested it and can confirm it works although sometimes the commands in Dutch are misunderstood and it is difficult to find the correct words to get the command executed. Since we use Dutch as main language and English as second language getting it to work in English was extra difficult. This is why the screenshot below is in Dutch.
