How can I subscribe for a subscription plan?

The “Advanced” subscription plan will cost $9,90 per year (about €9,47) . The transaction will be handled by PayPal. Mostly you can pay with your credit-/debitcard without the need of a PayPal account. This varies per region and applicable financial laws. The subscription will not get renewed automatically. On the end of your subscription period you will receive an e-mail with the question whether you want to renew your subscription.

How to subscribe?

Go to https://vip.ewelink.cc and follow the instructions. Once your payment is confirmed by the system it may take up to 2 working days (48 hours, except weekends) to process your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation on your e-mailaddress and the “Advanced” plan will be shown on the top of the “Profile” screen of the eWeLink app.

IMPORTANT!

Only accounts created with an e-mailaddress can be upgraded to Advanced! If you have an account on which you login with your phonenumber you might try to migrate it to an account with an emailaddress by contacting eWeLink support in-app: Profile > Help & feedback > Feedback (source: https://www.facebook.com/groups/222139671686253/permalink/839809456585935). Otherwise you will need to create a new account with an email address to login with. You will also need to re-pair all devices to that new account.
