How can I report a bug for the eWeLink app?
You can report a bug from within the app at by following these steps:
- Go to the
Profilepane in the app.
Help & feedback.
Feedbackin the upper right corner.
This is the prefered way because all relevant technical information about the app and your device is being send along with the bugreport.

When you have login issues and thus you can’t reach the bugreport page within the app you can send your bug to . Please include the versionnumber of the eWeLink app, the name of the mobile OS you are using, the versionnumber of the mobile OS you are using and your accountname / phonenumber you use to login.
