How do I reset my device?
In general eWeLink supported devices can not be reset.
If the device looses its power it will loose its settings with the exception of the WiFi credentials. When the power and internet connection is restored the device will retrieve its settings from the cloud again.
If you want to reset your device to configure a new wireless network please be aware a reset is not always necessary. Please have a read in this KB article: I need to change the WiFi credentials (SSID and key / password) on my devices. How should I do that?
