How do I reset my device?
In general eWeLink supported devices can be reset.
If the device will looses its power it will loose its settings with the exception of the WiFi credentials. When the power and internet connection restores the device will retrieve it settings from the cloud again.
If you wanted to reset your device to configure a new wireless network please be aware a reset is not always necessary. Please have a read in this KB article: I need to change the WiFi credentials (SSID and key / password) on my devices. How should I do that?
